Retro Air Cleaner Set Black Finished for Cadillac Oldsmobile 1951-1956

The all-steel air cleaner is based on the 1951-1956 Oldsmobile and Cadillac air cleaner design. It uses a readily available 14" x 4" replacement element. The unit is notched at the rear to provide clearance for HEI distributors. It is even further notched out in the back to accommodate a GM HEI distributor and will fit a 5-1/8" carb neck, which covers most Holley, Quadrajet, Demon, and Edelbrock carburetors.

The package includes the complete steel housing, steel top, paper filter element, carburetor stud, and a unique rocket-shaped wing nut.

Dimensions: - 4-5/8" from carb to top of air cleaner assembly - 5-3/32" from carb to top of air cleaner nut - 18-1/4" wide (not a scaled-down version) - 17-19/32" front-to-back length

This air cleaner is constructed from very heavy-duty steel and features a black finish. An air filter is included.
